This Privacy Policy explains how Patcorn Drymix Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when authorized users access or use the Contractor Bhai mobile application and related services (together, the "App").
Contractor Bhai is an authorized business relationship-management application. It helps permitted personnel view and work with contractor and mistry relationship records, sales and engagement information, events, rewards, and related operational information. The App is not intended for public self-service use.
Organizational records notice
Contractor and mistry records available in the App are managed by the Company or an authorized organization. Authorized users must access and use those records only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law, organizational policy, and the notices or consents applicable to the individuals whose information appears in the records.
1. Information We Process
We process information provided by authorized users, the Company, authorized administrators, and the organization that manages the relevant business relationship records.
1.1 Account and access information
We process sign-in credentials, user or employee identifier, name, username, role, profile image when available, active-user status, and authentication session information. This information allows us to authenticate users and apply role-based access to the App.
1.2 Contractor and mistry relationship records
The App may display business records about contractors and mistries, including name, work contact details, city or state, profile image, work type, relationship stage, meeting details, sites worked, skills, engagement activity, awards, event participation, rewards, gifts, and related relationship-management information.
1.3 Commercial and profile information
Depending on the records maintained by the organization, the App may process sales figures, product utilization, relationship investment, reward points, redemption activity, credit-score information, and other commercial or operational assessments. The App may also display profile information such as family dates, interests, food or travel preferences, and other relationship details where those details have been entered into the relevant authorized record.
1.4 Sensitive or special-category information
Some organization-managed profile records may contain financial, health, lifestyle, religious, political, or family information. We process such information only where it is included in an authorized business record and access is needed for an approved business purpose. The organization responsible for collecting the record is responsible for ensuring an appropriate lawful basis, notice, or consent where required.
1.5 Device and local information
The App stores an authentication session, active environment selection, and limited app preferences on the device so that the App can remain signed in and operate reliably. It also processes network-connection status to indicate whether online services are available.
2. How We Use Information
We use information described in this Policy to:
- authenticate authorized users and enforce role-based access;
- provide, administer, and maintain contractor and mistry relationship-management workflows;
- display authorized profile, engagement, sales, event, reward, and commercial records;
- support internal business operations, reporting, supervision, and audit requirements;
- enable user-initiated communications and sharing features;
- maintain security, investigate misuse, and protect the App and organizational records;
- diagnose technical issues and keep the App reliable; and
- comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
3. App Access and Sharing

The current Contractor Bhai features do not request device location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or call-log access. If a future App version introduces a feature requiring an additional permission, we will update this Policy and request permission through the device operating system where required.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell Personal Data. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- authorized personnel and business administrators who require access for legitimate operational, supervisory, or relationship-management functions;
- service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, application updates, security, technical operations, and communications, subject to appropriate contractual or organizational safeguards;
- professional advisers, auditors, and corporate affiliates where access is necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations;
- government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authorities when required by law or valid legal process; or
- another entity in a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law and safeguards.
5. Storage and Security
5.1 Storage
Relationship and business records are processed through Company or authorized organization systems. The App stores a limited local session and preferences on the device. Signing out removes the session for the active App environment; uninstalling the App or clearing App data removes locally stored App data but does not automatically delete records held on our servers.
5.2 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access and role-based controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, support authorized business operations, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet contractual or legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type and applicable Company or organizational policy.
Contractor Bhai manages organizational business records. A request to delete an account or profile does not necessarily require deletion of records that the Company or an authorized organization must retain for legal, audit, security, employment, or legitimate operational reasons. Where a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the applicable reason where required by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules brought into force under it, you may have the right to:
- request a summary of Personal Data being processed and related processing information;
- request correction, completion, updating, or erasure of Personal Data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing;
- submit a grievance and, where applicable, approach the Data Protection Board of India; and
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights as permitted by law.
If you use the App through an employer or another organization, you may also contact the relevant administrator. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8. Children's Privacy
Contractor Bhai is an authorized business application and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or use the App. If we learn that a child has provided Personal Data through the App, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may use or open third-party services, including WhatsApp for user-initiated communications, Expo application services for over-the-air App updates, and remote media or document hosts selected by the Company or an authorized organization. We do not control independent third parties or their privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party service you choose to use.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. We will publish the revised Policy on this website and update the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
