Kamdhenu Adhesives is a rapidly growing premium tile- and stone-fixing-solutions unit under the Kamdhenu Group. As part of Kamdhenu’s Vision 2030, its construction-chemicals business has become a market leader in Raipur within two years. We are building a new manufacturing and supply-chain system with a young founding team and a product R&D engine.
Role summary
Work as the directors’ trusted operator to curate the entire supply side of the Central India division. Help build India’s fastest-growing manufacturing ecosystem across owned plants, contract manufacturing, and acquisitions, growing from ₹10 crore capex in year one to ₹100 crore in three years. This hands-on leadership role brings structure to the floor, resolves problems quickly, and develops supervisors and operators who take ownership.
What you will own
- Formulate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; drive output targets and incentive schemes.
- Lead shift management, people management, on-time wages, and labour and employee training.
- Maintain strict quality protocols in coordination with the Quality Lead.
- Plan factory expenses, billing, and dispatch with the team.
- Track target progress, labour availability, shift distribution, SKU availability, raw-material planning, and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate machine maintenance, breakdown repairs, installations, and external vendors.
Candidate profile
- At least five years of plant-manufacturing experience overseeing production.
- High ownership, ambition, accountability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Approachable and hospitable with employees and labour while firm about operational discipline.
- Experience in adhesives, chemicals, cement, paints, building materials, or process manufacturing is preferred.

- Shashwat (IIT Delhi ’19, IIM Ahmedabad ’24) is an ex-founder at BharatFD and has product experience at HDFC and ICICI.
